Black Star Pastry was the last on my list for the long day. We were trying our luck to locate Australia street in Newtown. Bypass a busy coffee shop, had a quick glaze, through we will just settle with this coffee place instead of Black Star....after a long walk, we just feel like a cozy place to sit down and talk to each other.....Guess what? We found it! This is it!!

Superb chocolate mousse cake! Delicate artistic mind and sophisticated bake specialties creates to its finest.
I will try this chocolate brownie next time! Full of goodness!

Chai Tea
There were few things I will definitely try next time. Below Frangipane Tart is surely on the list.
They also sell most of slides in whole size. Please call them to arrange order.
Blueberry lavender cream tart
Very light and refreshing, blueberry and citrus cream goes well with the crispy tart pastry.
We love their creative wok pastry display stand.
