From the crowd and the ordering queue to the outside of the restaurant of Malaya, goes to show how popular it is in the city.
Lunch time is a total chaos, can be quite daunting but I guaranty you it's worth the wait!
The have a special Ha Mee (Prawns noodle soup) available on Friday. It is combination of pork and prawns with vegetable in prawns soup with half soy egg. It has a very unique south east Asian taste. I love it! If you are new to city or only tried their laksa, definitely recommended to give it a try.
There are variety of laksa choices here - chicken, skinless chicken, beef, seafood, vegetarian with tofu. (You can always add more tofu or meat as u like) If you are pregnant, make sure you tell the lady to remove bean sprouts. (It come in every noodle soup here)
Most of customers remembers their menu by heart. If you not sure, just stay in line and menu will be on the wall at the end of the queue.
