Siam Square is close to Siam Center/Siam Discovery Center, MBK Center, Siam Paragon, Ratchaprasong at center of shopping district. A great place for shop and eat, especially popular for young people. There are hundreds of stores in Siam square, great mix of customer needs. From branding stores, local boutique design shops to elegant handmade jewelry to affordable clothes. If you wondering where to shop? Siam Square is my choice. Occasionally you might see some shocking prices, but generally should be reasonable.
Okay, enough of shopping, let back to today's topic.
We found Somtam many year ago while shopping.
At the front door, there are a lot of restaurant review posters.
Few things you must order here,
Moo Yang - BBQ pork
Dom Saap - Sour and Spicy Pork Rib soup (must order)
Deep Fried chicken

Mango Tango is the desert shop next door.
As their name, the whole menu is based on mango.
I love their mango with sago and light milk
Fresh Mango with homemade mango custard (recommended)
One thing I must say Somtam's serving potion is gone extremely small and Mango Tango's service has gone down the drain. Both can be improved easier, just the matter whether their management communicate to their customer or not. Here I said it, hoping next time I am in Bangkok, I can proudly bring all my friends and enjoy their food without any hard feelings.<3
Soon after we stepped out of Mango Tango, we saw this busy shop and started queuing as well.
What's this? For what I remember, it's a bit like Pandan flavor cake. Really soft and slightly sweet. Quite nice when you eat it hot....
